Lowes is offering a very decent end of summer clearance sale on many of their summer related items. Right now at Lowes you can get discounted prices on many of their top grade power tools. Additionally, during the Lowes End of Summer Clearance Sales they are promoting their carpet installation services. It seems that you can get this service starting at only $249 dollars.

An additional deal that Lowes has going was found directly on their web site at Lowes.com. This is their Basic Installation service for blinds. You can have Lowes install blinds and shades in your entire house starting just at $89 dollars. This sale does end on 7/28 so if you need new blinds in your windows, you better act quick.

Lastly, you can get items shipped to you for as low as $4.99 on items prices at $99 dollars and over regardless of size or weight up to 150 LBS.

Walmart Back To School Electronics Sale

Walmart.com has some amazing deal on their electronics especially for those who are shopping for back to school stuff. Right now at the Walmart Electronic section of their web site they have the Acer 15.4 inch Aspire laptop computer priced only at only $448 dollars. To me that is amazing. How can a laptop computer be so cheap. Granted I am sure that it isn’t as good as my Dell, but wouldn’t that be a perfect item for an older / teen child?

Walmart has an array of different items in their electronics department. You can score excellent deals on many of the clearance items such as their Lexaar Jump Drive for $12.88, their HP Photosmart Printer for $74.88 and even their HP Deskjet All in one printer for only $59. All in all if you are doing some back to school shopping, I’d take a look at the Walmart Back To School Clearance Sales going on.

Kmart Back To School Clearance Sales

In addition to these items, during the Kmart Back to School Clearance Sales you can also get a lot of clothes as they have a large selection starting at only $1.99.

In addition to school related items, Kmart is also have a pretty good sale on many of their summer related items in their End of Summer Sales. These deals include disount prices on their swimming pools, bath accessories, and electronics.

Macys is having their annual summer clearance sales and I have to say I am quite impressed with the discounted inventory they are offering. During the Macys Summer Clearance Sales they are offering 20% to 65% off on their bedding and bath related items. This in itself is part of their Macys Summer White Sales event.

In addition to the Summer White Sale, another amazing deal going on during the Macys Summer Clearance sale is their offer on free shipping on larger item orders prices at or above $150 dollars.

The items avaialble on clearance are included from most of all their departments. Womens, Mens, Juniors, Kids and even their special departments such as shoes, jewelry and handbags. All in all it looks to be a very nice sale. If you are looking to save some money at Macys, I’d suggest shopping there during the Macys Summer Clearnance Sale.

Be sure to check your local newspaper sales ads for all the details and possibly even some special coupons. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to check out the various sales advertisements found on the Internet as well. Be sure to check your local store hours as they might be different during this holiday event.

The Perfect Christmas Dream

Gold & White Christmas TreeEvery year I plan on having the ‘Perfect Christmas’. This year I’m going to get all the garlands and lights strung up before I get too strung out. But, wait, did you know that you can PAY someone else to decorate for you? Yup! And did you know you can pay someone to come in and clean the house from top to bottom even better than you could ever do?

There are companies that specialize in doing the cleanup before or after the big ‘get together’, and they even know how to clean things up if you set something on fire while you’re trying to wire the house up to look like Santa’s Village. From the time I was a little girl, Christmas decorating started on Thanksgiving eve, after the dishes were done, and continued right up to Christmas Eve.

I always took pride in wrapping each present perfectly (even though the wrappings were later torn off in seconds) and I slaved over a hot stove to make the perfect meals for my family and other guests. Now that I’m just a little more mature, I’ve discovered a way to have it all and still have enough energy to enjoy the festivities myself. I can pay someone else to do the work! Santa has his little helpers. Why shouldn’t we?
