Manila Clasp Envelopes
With tax time just around the corner, don’t you wish you had everything more organized? Do you have all the receipts that you swore you were going to keep track of? Well, I have a simple tip so you don’t have to go digging around for your documentation next year. Simply get a box of these 10″ x 13″ Clasp Envelopes in Cameo Buff Kraft material. They’re available 100 to a Box and feature large flaps, wide seams and superior gumming. Each envelope has a metal clasp with rounded edges that’s plated for rust resistance. This open-end style of large envelope is all you need to get organized for real. Simply label the front of an envelope with the month and the year. Throw all your receipts and expenditure notes in the envelope at the end of each day. If the envelope gets full before the month is over, simply label the next envelope with the month/year as envelope #2, and so on. If you work out of your car, keep a fresh envelope for that month in the car and join it with the others. Repeat each month. At the end of the year, you’ll have all your receipts all together, so the sorting is easier. And, if you really want to, you can use separate envelopes for home, work, school, etc. Neat, huh?
